Stuffed Pepper

   pre heat oven gas mark 6

   chop top of pepper and scoop out all seeds

   put pepper in oven for 25 mins

   after 10 min of pepper being in oven chop onion

5. 5

   put oil in frying pan and heat up

   put mince, onion and salt in until mince is cooked

7. 7

   add rest of ingredients and cook for another 10 mins

   remove pepper from oven and fill with your cooker mince

9. 9

   put back in oven for 10 mins

10. 10

    serve on plate with rice or chips and enjoy
