Stuffed Mushrooms Or Jalapenos

   Start oven at 375 to 400 degrees

   Prep for Mushrooms: Clean out inside, create room for stuffing.

   Prep for Jalapenos: Cut in half, clean out seeds

   Cook the Sausage on the skillet, add the cream cheese and melt it in. (Sometimes one part Sausage to one part cream cheese is good, I use a little less cream cheese)

   Stuff the Mushrooms and/or Jalapenos to level or mound portions. Place on a non-stick, ungreased cookie pan or dish.

   Cook for about 30- 1 hour depending on size and preference: less cooked mushrooms for spongy texture, less cooked Jalapenos, seems to be a lot spicier.
