Preheat oven to 350* degrees.

Pull the stems out of the mushrooms; then clean mushroom caps and stems in cold water and let drain in strainer.

Place caps on a paper towel and dice stems.

In microwave proof mixing bowl, add stuffing mix, diced stems and beef broth.

Stir until broth is incorporated throughout.

Place in microwave on high for 2 minutes.

Then add the stick of butter and microwave until butter is almost completely melted about 1 minute.

Remove from microwave and stir until butter is completely mixed through.

Lightly spray a large cookie sheet with cooking spray, taking a spoon over fill each mushroom cap until each one has a nice dome on top.

Place in oven and bake for 20 to 30 minutes depending on the size of the mushrooms and your oven.

When done let them cool for about 5 minutes on the cookie sheet before placing the mushrooms on the serving tray.
