Custom Quesadillas Recipe

   In a small frying pan, heat oil till warm.

   With a pair of tongs, grasp edge of tortilla and dip in warm oil for a few seconds to soften.

   (Hint: Don't dip tongs or possibly edge of tortilla tongs are grasping into oil and the tortilla won't tear.)

   Set tortillas on paper towels to soak excess oil.

   In center of each tortilla, add in a little of each cheese and a touch of salsa.

   Fold tortilla in half and press to keep it together.

   Heat in oven at 350 degrees till cheese melts.

   Don't overcook or possibly tortilla will harden.
