Stuff(Main Dish Casserole)

   Place ground beef into cold electric skillet; add a layer of thin sliced onion, a layer of thin potatoes, thin layer of carrots, cabbage and celery.

   Repeat if necessary, then add creamed soup (undiluted), salt and pepper to taste.

   Place skillet on medium heat with lid on until valve pops (if lid has a valve). If not, when light goes off.

   Reduce heat to simmer and cook 40 minutes to 1 hour.

   Can simmer much longer as a casserole.
