Streusel Rhubarb Cake

   1. Preheat oven 375*

   2. Grease (not oil) 13 x 9 pan, bottom only.

   3. Blend all cake ingredients, EXCEPT: rhubarb and gelatin

   4. At low speed, beat 2 minutes at meadium speed. Pour batter in prepared pans. Top with rhubarb and gelatin.

   5.In small bowl, combine first four TOPPING INGREDIENTS. Cut margarine until crumbly and sprinkle over rhubarb mix.

   6. Bake at 375* for 35 to 40 minutes. Top with whipped cream.
