   In a small-medium bowl add the vinegar.

   Using a whisk, whisking quickly, add olive oil in slowly.

   If the suggested amount isn't enough add more to suit your taste.

   You should taste the oil/vinegar mixture as you go.

   You want a little bit of a bite.

   It's shouldn't be too strong.

   Add the honey while mixing.

    It shouldn't be very sweet.

    Add the strawberry preserves and yogurt and pepper.

    A little sweeter add more honey or preserves.

    If you want it creamier add more yoghurt.

    The yoghurt will also dull the 'bite' from the vinegar.
