Strawberry Vanilla Pudding Poke Cake

   1. Prepare your cake as directed on the box for a 9x13 pan. When the cake is done baking poke holes in the cake with a fork. Place cake in the fridge to chill for 3-4 hours.

   2. Prepare the Jello by combining the mix with 1 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup cold water in a small bowl. Mix together until the Jello mix is dissolved. Pour the mixture over the cake. This will seem like a lot of liquid but the cake will absorb it and it won't become mush. Trust me!

   3. Place the cake in the fridge while you prepare the vanilla pudding mixture. In a small bowl, mix the vanilla pudding with 2 cups milk. Let it sit until it sets. Smooth the pudding over the top of your cake. Top it with the Cool Whip.
