Strawberry Truffle Pizza

   Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Cut the cookie dough into inch slices.

   Pace in a foil lined 14-inch round pizza pan with a 1/2 inch high

   Press the dough together to form a crust on the bottom of the

   Bake for 8 to 9 minutes, or until golden.

   Meanwhile, in a 2-cup glass measure, combine the chocolate chips and

   Microwave on High for 90 seconds, or until the chocolate is

    melted and smooth when stirred.

    Stir in the vanilla.

    Rinse, drain and hull the strawberries.

    Cut in half lengthwise.

    Spread the chocolate cream evenly over the baked crust.

    the edge, arrange the strawberries on the crust in a circle pattern,

    cut sides down and with the points toward the outside edge of the

    pan; cover the chocolate completely with berries.
