Strawberry banana bread

   Preheat your oven to 350F.

   Grease and flour your loaf tins and set aside.

   Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy with an electric mixer

   Add beaten eggs and mix until well combined

   Mix in the mashed bananas

   Sift flour, salt and baking soda and add to the wet mixture until just combined.

   Avoid overmixing

   Fold in the strawberries tossed in flour

   Pour batter into prepared pans and bake for 45minutes or until a toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean

    Cool and enjoy
