Lightly grease 6 x 175ml ramekins.

Place dates in a pan with 200ml boiling water and summer for 10 minutes.

Place the rest of the ingredients (Except for the last 3 items) in a bowl and mix until well-combined.

Add dates mixture and beat further until combined.

Spoon mixture into ramekins and bake for 15 minute.

Melt the last 3 items in a saucepan until sugar is dissolved.

Bring to boil and remove from heat.
