Stewed Spinach with Natto

   Parboil the spinach, lightly squeeze to drain the water, then cut into 1 cm pieces.

   Combine the natto and spinach in a bowl and lightly toss.

   Add the dashi soy sauce and black pepper and mix (if using the provided soy sauce packaged with the natto, taste, then add dashi soy sauce to taste).
