In a coffeee grinder or maually, grind together the mustard seeds, cumin powder, turmeric powder, chili, pepper.

Cut the salmon into 1in cubes and put it in a large bowl.

Add the spices mixture to the salmon and mix to coat.

Add the can of peeled tomatoes and the tablespoon of mustard oil to the salmon. Mix.
