dry white wine 15 cl.
chicken broth 15 cl.
2 5/8 cups mushrooms sliced
port 10 cl.
thyme sprigs fresh
1 1/2 pounds skirt steak cut into 4 pieces

In a sauce pan, melt butter.

Add flour and stir for about 2 minutes.

Gradually add white wine and chicken stock, stirring constantly until creamy.

When the mixture has thickened, add the sliced mushrooms, salt, pepper and thyme.
