1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
3 Tbsp. molasses
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 can French-cut green beans
1 Tbsp. sesame seed

Coat narrow strips of sirloin in seasoned flour.

Then brown in margarine.

Put in casserole dish.
