Star Anise Chicken

   Brush chicken fillets with oil and cook for 2-3 minutes each side over medium heat until golden.

   Reduce heat to low and add stock, dressing, chilli sauce, ginger and star anise.

   Simmer until liquid has reduced and chicken is cooked through.

   Serve chicken with a drizzle of sauce and bok choy.
