Spray a 9 x 13 glass dish with Pam non-stick spray.

Put frozen bread dough in pan and let it rise all day or until dough has doubled in size.

Preheat oven to 350F.

Cook ground beef, Italian sausage, chopped onion, and garlic together over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink.

Drain grease.

Grease two or three rimmed baking sheets.

Roll out each 1-pound loaf of bread dough the length of the baking sheet and as wide as you can get the dough without it tearing.

Make the sauce by separating the eggs and putting the yolks in a large bowl and the whites in a small bowl.

Add the remaining ingredients to the egg yolks.

Whisk the ingredients together, then using a pastry brush, apply the sauce to each rolled out dough.

Top each dough with hamburger sausage mixture as well as the pepperoni, green peppers, mushrooms, and cheese.

Roll the dough up lengthwise and pinch the seam.

Brush each stromboli loaf with egg whites.

Bake in the preheated oven until deep golden brown, about 25 minutes.

Slice and serve with warm marinara sauce, if desired.
