1 tablespoon vegetable oil

2 ¼ cups bread flour
1 ½ teaspoons bread machine yeast
2 medium onions, thinly sliced

2 medium red potatoes, sliced 1/8 inch thick

6 -8 ounces shredded swiss cheese
4 ounces corned beef, 1/8 inch thick strips

To make topping: In large skillet, cook onions in 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes or until soft, stirring occasionally.
