Squash Casserole – a delicious recipe with squash, onions, salt, cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, sour cream. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

3 lb. squash
2 large onions
salt to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
8 oz. carton sour cream
1 small jar diced pimentos
grated cheese (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 1/2 sticks margarine

Boil squash, onions and salt until tender.

Drain and add chicken soup, celery soup, sour cream, pimentos, salt, pepper and grated cheese (optional).

Mix stuffing mix and margarine. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with Pam.

Put 1/2 dressing mix in bottom of dish.

Pour squash mixture in pan and top with remaining stuffing mixture.

Bake at 350u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
