Spinach With Ground Meat

   In a cooking pot, add olive oil and heat

   Add onions, ground beef, spices and saute until meat browned

3. 3

   Add spinach and saute for a few minutes then add enough water to cover the spinach

   Let boil, then turn down heat to simmer and cook for a further 30 minutes or so.

   In a separate pan saute the garlic and chopped coriander in some olive oil for a few minutes (do not burn) then add the mixture to the spinach and let simmer together for another 10-15 mins

   Serve hot with rice and salad. Serve lemons to squeeze on spinach
