Fill a stockpot with water and bring the water to a boil. Salt the water once it comes to a boil and add the dried pasta and the frozen spinach (entire frozen slab removed from the pack)in the boiling water. Cook pasta until it's al-dente.

Drain the spinach and pasta in a colander (spinach will stick to the pasta).

In a large saute pan, add the olive oil. When the oil is medium hot add the chopped garlic and red pepper flakes. Sasute them for a few seconds until the garlic is slightly golden. Next add the precooked shrimps and the reserved pasta and spinach.

Cook on high for a minute and adjust salt to taste. Stir in the parmasean and serve it in shallow bowls. Enjoy with a simple salad and crusty bread.
