1 round of pizza dough
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tbsp oregano
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarela
1 spinach leaves
1 small jar roasted red pepper
1 small jar marinated artichoke hearts
1/2 cup part skim ricotta cheese

preheat oven to 500

sprinkle cornmeal on to pizza pan

roll out dough, place on pan.

drizzle olive oil onto dough & use hands to distribute oil.
