Spinach Quiche

   Defrost the spinach.

   Squeeze out all excess water. Meanwhile, partially cook the pie crust (follow heating directions on package; about 10 minutes).

   Next, heat oven to 425u00b0.

   In a large bowl, mix half and half, 4 beaten eggs, salt, pepper and nutmeg; mix.

   Spoon in spinach and combine.

   Sprinkle the cheese in the bottom of the partially cooked pie crust.

   Then pour mixture into shell.

   Place on a cookie sheet.

   Bake for 15 minutes at 425u00b0, then lower heat to 350u00b0 and cook for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.l
