Spinach Mushroom Pizza

   clean mushroom and slice , heat oil and saute garlic until you can smell the aroma, add slice mushroom and saute for about five minutes until well cook add vinager and let evaporate complete. season with salt and pepper.

   to make pizza spread each pita round with 1/2 cup of cream spinach spread well into each round and distributed cheese in equal parts into each of the 6 pita , distribute the mushroom on top of each pizza, bake in a 400 degree oven until cheese melts and begins to brown. sprinkle with fresh parmesan cheese and some fresh pepper
