Spinach Casserole

   Cook spinach according to package directions.

   Drain well.

   Set aside.

   Saute onion, celery and pepper in margarine until tender. Mix together the soup, cheese, garlic powder and 3/4 cup stuffing mix.

   Stir in onion mixture and spinach.

   Pour mixture into a lightly greased baking dish.

   Sprinkle remaining stuffing mix over top and bake at 350u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly.
