Spinach and Sausage Pasta

   Follow directions and cook pasta according to box drain and set aside

   In a large skillet add olive oil, garlic and break up sausage.

   Cook on medium heat covered until meat is just about done (about 10 mins) stirring occasionally.

   Reduce heat and stir in pasta, washed spinach stir well.

   Last add Parmesan cheese and stir.

   Turn off heat and cover.

   Let stand 2 mins to allow cheese to melt.

   Serve with home made garlic bread :)'
