Spicy Shredded Chicken

   Preheat your grill to 350 400 degrees.

   Juice the lime.

   Combine all ingredients in a glass baking dish.

   Place on the grill (in the baking dish), uncovered, and cook until chicken is cooked through, turning occasionally (it took about 20 minutes).

   Shred cooked chicken with two forks, tossing it in the juices.

   Place chicken (in the baking dish still) back on the grill to keep warm and moist until you need it (or so that you dont just eat it right out of the pan).
