Rinse chicken and cut into 1/2 inch pieces.

In a large mixing bowl combine 1/2 of the green onions along with the garlic, vinegar soy sauce, 1 T olive oil, red pepper, and black pepper.

Add chicken pieces, stir to coat, and let stand at room temp.

Bake uncovered in a 400 degrees oven for 12 minutes.
