2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 red onion, diced
4 tablespoons red wine vinegar

For the salad
14 ounces garbanzo beans
3 tablespoons cilantro leaves, chopped

Heat a wok or large saucepan over a medium heat. Add the peanut oil and toss in the garlic and red onions.
