Spicy Crawfish Etoufee'

   Dice the green onions. Cut the lemon in half. Drain the Crawfish tails but keep them in the bag. Squeeze lemon juice into the bag and let them marinate for 5 to 10 minutes. Melt the stick of butter in a sauce pan and add the can of mushroom soup and the onions. Let simmer for about 5 minutes. Pour crawfish tails and lemon juice into the mixture. Add Red pepper (more or less depending on how spicy you want the dish). Simmer for 7 minutes, Stirring freqently. Remove from heat and serve over white rice. Great with a garden salad and buttered french or garlic bread.
