Preheat grill over medium-high heat.

Combine the aioli with the chipotle peppers in a mini food processor until combined.

Refrigerate until ready to use.

In a large bowl combine the ground chuck with the salt and pepper.

Mix and form into 10 small patties.

Grill for 4-5 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking (sprinkle with hamburger seasoning if desired).

Just before the burgers are done, toast the buns (on both sides) and top the sliders with pepper jack cheeses, closing the lid of the grill so the heat will melt the cheese.

When the buns are toasty, smear the inside of the top bun with the chipotle mayo.

Place your slider onto the bottom bun and replace the top bun.
