1/2 gallon peanut or vegetable oil
Large bottle red pepper sauce
Gorgonzola Cilantro dressing, recipe follows
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
6 to 8 ounces Gorgonzola cheese, cut and crumbled
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 to 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
6 carrots, peeled and cut for dipping
6 stalks celery, cleaned and cut for dipping

Cut chicken wings at the joint, discarding the outermost bony portion of the wing.

Rinse the wings, let dry and set aside.

Place oil in a large stockpot and place on stovetop over a medium-high heat.
