Clear the chicken and cut into small parts,then put it in a big bowl with 2 teaspoon salt ,dry white wine. Let stand 20 minutes.

Chip the shallosgingergarlic into small pieces,cut chili. Set aside.

Pour olive oil into the pot, when the oil become hot ,put the chicken ,fry it until its color turn yellow .About 10 minutes. Drain well.
