Spicy Cheeseburger Soup

   Brown meat with onions, celery and garlic in large saucepan on medium heat; drain.

   Sprinkle flour and pepper over beef mixture; cook and stir 2 min.

   Stir in potatoes and broth.

   Bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.

   Simmer 10 min.

   or until potatoes are tender.

   Stir in tomatoes and green chiles, cheese, tomato paste, ketchup and mustard.

   Cook 2 to 3 min.

   or until cheese is melted and mixture is well blended.

    Stir in milk; cook 1 to 2 min.
