Ingredients: 3/4 cup grits; 3 cup boiling water; 6 tbsp (3/4 stick) butter; 2 eggs, beaten; 1 tsp salt; 1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese, finely grated; 1 pinch cayenne; 1/2 clove chopped garlic; 1 oz mild green chiles, chopped (canned); 1 lb of your favorite sausage; 1 paprika to taste

3/4 cup grits
3 cup boiling water
6 tbsp (3/4 stick) butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp salt
1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese, finely grated
1 pinch cayenne
1/2 clove chopped garlic
1 oz mild green chiles, chopped (canned)
1 lb of your favorite sausage
1 paprika to taste
