1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons minced garlic
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
4 tablespoons hoisin sauce
¼ cup chicken stock
10 scallions, cut in 1 inch pieces (green part)
¼ cup unsalted cashews
