Spicey Beef Rib Rub

   1.Add all ingredients in a large bowl using a whisk to mix thoroughly.

   2.Apply roughly two Tablespoons to each large rack of beef ribs and smoke.

   1.Cut into individual pieces if you have thick, meaty racks of ribs, otherwise leave racks intact.

   2.Apply rub to beef.

   3.Smoke at 250F for 6 hours, give or take.

   I don't have a smoker, so I put them in a roasting pan with elevated rack for 6 hours at 250F

    * Remove the membrain from the back of the ribs with a butter knife, peeling/prying the layers off the back.
