Spiced Up Chicken

   turn on stove and place pan with a light coat of cooking oil (canola, virgin, which ever you prefer), and heat it whilst you prepare ingredients. run hand under water and lightly flick some in the oil, so that you can tell when it's ready.

   take the green bell pepper, garlic cloves, and sweet onion; dice.

   Meanwhile, sprinkle a pinch of adobe on each side of the chicken. Then place it on the grill.

   Satay the vegetables until the garlic becomes a golden color.

   Place vegetables on top of chicken. Then crunch the doritos and sprinkle them on top.
