1/2 cup onion, finely chopped

1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
2 1/2 cups orange sections, with juice
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon grated orange rind
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Brown meat slowly on both sides in hot butter or oil.
