Ingredients: 1 large onion, chopped; ¼ cup Wesson Oil; 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste; ½ cup water; 1 beef bouillon cube; ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce; ¼ cup soy sauce; ¼ cup white vinegar; 2 tablespoons honey; 2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce; 2 teaspoons salt; 1 ½ teaspoons liquid smoke (found by bbq sauce in supermarket); 3 large garlic cloves, minced; 1 teaspoon dry mustard; 4 -5 lbs pork spareribs

1 large onion, chopped
¼ cup Wesson Oil

½ cup water

In small saucepan, saute onion in Wesson Oil until transparent.

Add remaining ingredients except spare ribs.

Mix well.

Simmer 15 minutes.

Pour over spare ribs in large glass baking dish; let stand 1 hour, turning occasionally.

Arrange on shallow rack or broiler pan.

Bake 350 2 hours.

Turn ribs and baste with remaining barecue sauce two or three times during baking.
