Special Cheese Cake

   Reserve one cup of cake mix.

   In a large bowl, combine rest of mix, one egg and oil.

   Mixture will be crumbly.

   In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, press it out evenly over bottom and 3/4 up sides of pan.

   In same bowl, blend cheese and sugar.

   Add remaining 3 eggs and 1 cup of reserved cake mix.

   Beat for 1 minute at medium speed.

   At slow speed, blend in milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Mix until smooth.

   Pour into prepared crust and bake 45 to 55 minutes at 300u00b0 until center is firm.

    Spread desired pie filling on top.

    When cool, cut into squares.
