Spam Burgers

   Chop or grind up 1 can of Spam (fine).

   Chop up/blend 1 small onion or 1/2 cup.

   Use pre-grated cheese or grate up 4 ounces of cheese.

   Stir up and mix all ingredients into a medium bowl. Separate the buns and split the tops and bottoms apart and spread the mixture about 1/4-inch thick on each bun half.

   Set oven to broil or put the Spam burgers into the broiler or a toaster oven for approximately 5 minutes or until you see they are turning light brown.

   Serve hot.
