For the meatballs, combine turkey, apple and white parts of onions, reserving green ends. Season. Roll level tablespoons of mixture into balls. Chill 20 mins. Heat 2 tbsp oil in large frying pan on medium. Cook meatballs 5-6 mins, tossing occasionally, until browned. Drain on paper towel.

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and return to saucepan.

Meanwhile, for the sauce, heat remaining oil in frying pan on medium. Saute green onion ends and garlic 1 min. Add wine and cook, stirring, 1 min. Add meatballs, along with cream and peas. Simmer 2-3 min, until sauce has reduced by 1/3. Season. Toss meatballs and sauce with pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan and top with mint leaves, to serve.
