2 large cans peeled tomatoes
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. oregano
2 bay leaf
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
2 6 oz. can tomato paste

Combine all ingredients, except tomato paste, in large pot and bring to medium boil for 20 minutes stirring every 5 minutes. After 20 minutes reduce to low simmer for 2 hours.

Then add two cans of tomato paste, plus two cans of hot water.
