Parmesan cheese; 1/2 tsp. salt; 1/2 tsp. pepper; 1 egg; 1 lb. cottage cheese; 1 lb. cooked ground beef, drained and rinsed; 1 medium onion; 1/4 green pepper; 1 tsp. sugar; 1/2 tsp. oregano; 1/2 tsp. garlic salt; 1 jar spaghetti sauce; 4 oz. Mozzarella cheese

8 oz. spaghetti
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 lb. cooked ground beef, drained and rinsed
1 medium onion
1/4 green pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 jar spaghetti sauce
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Mix together cooked spaghetti, butter, Parmesan, salt, pepper and egg.

Brown ground beef; drain and rinse.

Cook ground beef with onion, sugar, green pepper, oregano and garlic salt.

Cook until onion is soft.

Layer in casserole dish as follows: spaghetti mixture, cottage cheese, ground beef mixture and spaghetti sauce.
