Spaghetti Pie

   Preheat oven to 350u00b0. Mix meat, sauce, salt and pepper; simmer for 20 minutes. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, green onions and cream cheese; set aside. Spray a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; add pasta. Spread the sour cream mixture over the pasta. Add meat mixture next and sprinkle with cheese. Cover and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake
