2 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. box spaghetti
1 small onion
1 green pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic
2 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
3 drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 small can mushrooms
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded

Cook hamburger, onion and green pepper.

Drain well, then add remaining ingredients except spaghetti and cheese.

Cook for 2 hours on simmer.

Cook spaghetti.

In a 9 1/2 x 13 1/2-inch pan, layer sauce, spaghetti and cheese.

Make 2 layers.

Make sure cheese is on top.
