   Bring milk and broth to boil in large saucepan.

   Stir in Macaroni and vegetables.

   Return to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 11 to 13 min.

   or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally.

   Add VELVEETA and Cheese Sauce; cook and stir 3 to 5 min.
