Southwest Chicken Bites

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

   Mix all ingredients (except wontons) together in a bowl.

   Lay out wonton wrappers (roughly 24) on a greased baking sheet.

   Place a heaping tablespoon of the chicken mixture in the center of each wrapper.

   Bring the corners of the wrappers to the center of the wrapper to form a small square.

   Place on the baking sheet, seam side down.

   Once you have wrapped each wonton wrapper, spray a light layer of cooking spray over the wraps.

   Bake for 15 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
