In another bowl, beat remaining ingredients (except nuts) together at medium speed.

Combine nuts with reserved crumb mixture; crumble evenly over top.

Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and center is somewhat firm, Cool in pan, then chill (squares will form up after chilling,).
